Bionic Commando Rearmed PC (2008)

Bionic Commando Rearmed is an update / homage to the classic 8-bit NES game. Originally scheduled for release in May 2008, the game was delayed until August.[5] Developed by GRIN in cooperation with Capcom, the game will feature updated graphics, new areas, additional features and online leaderboards. Capcom has revealed that former Capcom employees who worked on the original NES version will serve as consultants for the new release. In keeping with the American release of the original Bionic Commando, the references to the Nazi party which were prevalent in the original Japanese title will not be featured in Rearmed. Instead, the inadvertent humor resulting from the censorship will be accentuated by purposefully over-the-top dialogue.

Silverfall Earth Awakening (2008)

From time immemorial there has existed a guardian who maintained the equilibrium between the different elements. Centuries ago, when attempts were made to steal his power from him, the elemental sorcerers unleashed his anger, which resulted in a catastrophic imbalance between the elements, turning everything into rock and the earth became predominant. However, by turning his own spells against him, they managed to confine him in a block of stone, thus preventing the elemental imbalance from rendering Nelwë uninhabitable. None of the sorcerers dabbled in the earth element thereafter, for fear of waking the guardian. Centuries have now passed, and the rock has gradually eroded and changed back into the water it was originally, long ago. The guardian’s magic is making its presence felt again; rocks rain down on the cities; the water is becoming full of mud. The earth, the element forbidden to the elemental sorcerers, is awakening.

Lion King

This game was made two years after the release of the well known cartoon that carries the same name. The cartoon was one of the best and most successful Disney's productions, and the game doesn't fall back much.

It features digitized music and speech that we all liked so much back in 1996, and it also features marvelous, colorful and fluid graphics. You play the character of Young Simba. The gameplay is pretty simple and straight forward; you run around the jungle avoiding obstacles and pesky creatures that are up to no good.

As you progress through levels, you grow and the roar ability gets more powerfulas, as well as the paw strike. Every few levels you will encounter a 'boss' that you have to defeat. The only downside to the game that I can think of is that it gets a little monotonous after a while, and once you are dead you have to start all the way from the beginning. That can be pretty frustrating, especially once you get to the harder levels.

To sum it all up, this is a great game for kids that wish to enjoy colourful graphics and have some fun

Crysis is a science fiction first-person shooter computer game developed by German video game developer Crytek and published by Electronic Arts, and is the first game of a planned trilogy.[4] It was released on November 13, 2007 in North America, November 15 in Australia, November 16 in Europe and November 23 in New Zealand. Crysis is based in a fictional future where an ancient alien spacecraft has been discovered beneath the Earth on an island near the coast of Korea.[7] The single-player campaign has the player assume the role of United States Delta Force operator Jake Dunn, referred to in-game by his call sign, Nomad. Nomad is armed with various futuristic weapons and equipment, most notably a "Nano Muscle Suit" which, according to Crytek senior game designer Bernd Diemer, was inspired by the United States' Future Force Warrior 2020 program.[8] and other projects relating from the Natick Soldier Systems Center. In Crysis, the player fights both North Korean and extraterrestrial enemies, in four different locations: a tropical island jungle, inside an "Ice Sphere" (consisting of the same jungle, but frozen), the alien ship itself (with a zero-gravity area) and a United States Navy aircraft carrier. Crysis uses Microsoft's new API, Direct3D 10 (DirectX 10) for graphics rendering, and includes the same editor that was used by Crytek to create the game.[9]
